Kitchen Team Member – Culinary Professional

Location: Tybee Island, GA
Position: Line Cook / Prep Cook
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Execute menu items to established recipes and plating standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
Follow prep lists, pars, and food safety protocols precisely
Communicate effectively with chefs, line cooks, and front-of-house staff
Perform efficiently during high-volume service periods
Assist with prep production, sanitation, and closing procedures
Contribute to a respectful, professional kitchen culture

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience preferred
Strong understanding of station organization and food safety standards
Ability to follow direction and execute with consistency
Sense of urgency and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
