Full Job Description

Community Manager (Manufactured Housing Communities)

Savannah, Georgia | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and resident relations for three manufactured home communities in the Savannah, Georgia area, totaling approximately 314 home sites.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in property management, team development, occupancy growth, and financial management. Experience in manufactured housing is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Operations

Oversee the day-to-day management of three manufactured home communities totaling approximately 314 lots.
Conduct regular community inspections to ensure high standards of appearance, safety, and resident satisfaction.
Develop and implement programs that enhance community appearance, resident retention, and overall customer experience.
Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of community and resident concerns.

Financial Management

Manage community performance through effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
Assist in the preparation, administration, and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
Analyze financial results and identify opportunities to improve performance and address budget variances.
Support and monitor capital improvement projects in partnership with the Asset Manager and Director of Property Management.

Leasing, Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy, drive home sales, and support leasing goals.
Monitor market conditions and recommend initiatives to maintain a competitive position within the Savannah market.

Leadership & Reporting

Lead, coach, and motivate on-site team members to achieve company objectives and performance expectations.
Assist with employee training, development, and performance management.
Prepare and submit all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately and on time.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Property Management to achieve portfolio and company goals.

Resident Relations

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive resident relationships.
Utilize strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address issues involving residents, vendors, team members, and company stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable housing regulations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,400.00 per year
