Hospitality Market Manager – Savannah
HOTELHelp is seeking a bilingual Hospitality Market Manager to help grow and support our Savannah market.
This position is ideal for someone with hotel leadership experience who understands hospitality operations, employee relations, recruiting, and client service. Former Housekeeping Supervisors, Executive Housekeepers, HR Coordinators, and hotel operations leaders are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, professional, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain hospitality associatesBuild relationships with hotel clients and employeesSupport employee engagement and job satisfactionCoordinate staffing needs with hotel leadership teamsMaintain communication between the field and corporate officeVerify employee hours and submit payroll informationManage hiring pipelines and candidate follow-upAttend hiring events and community recruiting opportunitiesHelp ensure client staffing needs are consistently met
Qualifications
Fluent in English and SpanishMinimum 2 years of hospitality leadership, recruiting, or staffing experienceHotel operations experience strongly preferredFormer Housekeeping Supervisors, Executive Housekeepers, HR Coordinators, and hotel operations leaders are encouraged to applyExperience interviewing and onboarding employeesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized with strong time-management abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentEstablished connections within the local hospitality community are a plusReliable transportation requiredAuthorized to work in the United StatesWilling to complete background screening
Schedule & Compensation
Full-timeMonday–Friday with occasional weekend availabilityBonus and commission opportunitiesPaid time off
Work Environment
Hybrid field and remote position supporting the Savannah hospitality market.
