Previous aesthetic experience is preferred, but it is NOT required.
The right NP with strong clinical judgment, and clinical experience is a must, personality, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in aesthetics may be an excellent fit even if they are newer to the aesthetic industry.
Experienced aesthetic injectors are very encouraged to apply. Pay base can range from listed depending on current location, clientele, and experience.
TRAINING & MENTORSHIP
One of the unique aspects of this position is the opportunity for extensive hands-on aesthetic training and mentorship. An extensive noncompete is require for this position.
Training may include:
- Facial assessment and treatment planning
- Neuromodulators including Botox and other toxin products
- Dermal fillers
- Facial balancing
- Injection technique and anatomy
- Patient consultation and communication
- Treatment photography
- Complication recognition and management
- Laser treatments and protocols
- Medical-grade skincare
- Patient education and aftercare
- Charting and documentation
- Inject Savannah's clinical protocols and standards
- Developing natural, individualized aesthetic results
Training will be tailored to the provider's previous experience and competency.
We are looking for someone who understands that becoming an excellent aesthetic provider takes time, practice, mentorship, and continued education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform aesthetic consultations and patient assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic treatments within training, competency, and scope of practice
- Provide neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments as trained and deemed competent
- Provide appropriate laser and skincare services as training and competency develop
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, risks, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow all Inject Savannah clinical and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional patient care and follow-up
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Represent Inject Savannah professionally both in the office and within the community
SCHEDULE
Initial schedule: 20–25 hours per week / approximately 2–3 days per week
As the provider becomes comfortable with Inject Savannah's protocols and begins developing a consistent patient following, additional days and hours may be added based on patient volume and mutual interest.
Rotating Saturday availability is required.
The goal is for this position to grow organically as the provider's patient base grows.
COMPENSATION
$30–$41 per hour, depending on experience and aesthetic background
Compensation will be based on clinical experience, aesthetic experience, and demonstrated competency, and current clientele. Pay can be higher than posted for right person.
Opportunities for increased hours and additional compensation may become available as the provider becomes established and contributes to the growth of the practice.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current, unrestricted Georgia APRN license
- National NP board certification
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Reliable and dependable
- Willingness to learn and accept mentorship
- Genuine interest in medical aesthetics
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate does not necessarily need to walk through the door with a full aesthetic patient book.
We are looking for someone who is smart, kind, talented, teachable, ambitious, and genuinely interested in becoming an excellent aesthetic provider.
If you are an NP who has been interested in aesthetics but has been looking for the right opportunity to learn from an experienced provider, this may be the position for you.
