Full Job Description

The Drayton Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced, visionary General Manager to lead operations at our 50-room luxury boutique property. Housed in a meticulously restored 1890s landmark building in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, this role requires a hospitality champion to oversee our high-end rooms and suites, alongside our celebrated food and beverage program.

Our outlets include the Lowcountry-inspired St. Neo’s Brasserie, the subterranean cocktail lounge The Vinyl Room, and the panoramic Pendant Terrace & Bar overlooking City Hall. The General Manager will be responsible for protecting the property's unique historical character while driving maximum profitability and maintaining elite guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Direct all daily operations of the hotel, managing the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and unique guest services to ensure flawless brand alignment.
Food & Beverage Management: Oversee a complex, high-volume dining ecosystem, partnering with culinary leadership to maximize revenue across our French-inspired restaurant, rooftop terrace, and craft cocktail lounge.
Financial Oversight: Develop, manage, and optimize annual operational budgets, balancing revenue generation strategies with cost efficiencies to expand profit margins.
Guest Experience Champion: Maintain a high-touch, authentic guest service standard, directly engaging with patrons to resolve issues and cultivate strong community relationships.
Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and build top-tier hospitality teams, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that rewards performance excellence.
Asset & Compliance Stewardship: Conduct ongoing inspections of our historic 19th-century facility to guarantee strict adherence to building safety, health regulations, and structural preservation guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of executive hotel management experience, specifically leading luxury boutique properties or upscale lifestyle hotels.
F&B Acumen: Proven track record managing multiple high-concept dining outlets, bars, and private event venues.
Brand Knowledge: Prior experience with Hilton's Curio Collection or similar premium soft brands is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional financial planning expertise, sharp conflict resolution capabilities, and robust communication skills required to interface with owners and corporate stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
