Resident Care Aides (Full-Time & Part-Time) needed for Memory Care Community

Make a Meaningful Difference—Join Our Caring Team!

Do you have a heart for helping others? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Resident Care Aides. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. 12 hour shifts.

About Our Facility

We offer a welcoming, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Our focus is on providing top-quality care and fostering a sense of community, dignity, and respect.

Job Duties

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support mobility—help with walking, transferring, and use of mobility aids.
Help serve meals, and assist residents if needed.
Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or mood.
Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
Keep resident areas clean and tidy.
Document care and work closely with nurses and other staff.
Maintain resident privacy and independence at all times.
Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Resident Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.
Relevant experience helpful but not required—training provided.
First Aid & CPR certified or willing to get certified.
Team player with good communication skills.
Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.
Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude.
Must pass a background check.
