Jr. Level IT Support Analyst – Nuclear Online Work Management
Remote
12-month Contract
Potential for Extension/Hire
Brooksource is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to support the Nuclear Online Work Management initiative at one of our largest Fortune 200 energy generation clients. Our client is modernizing how non-outage nuclear work is planned, prioritized, and executed by transitioning from a traditional long-range, waterfall scheduling model to a continuous, data-driven approach across its nuclear fleet. The Nuclear Online Work Management support team will provide technical and user support across a modern technology environment that includes cloud applications, data platforms, software engineering, and AI-enabled capabilities. This team will work directly with end users to troubleshoot issues, identify where problems are occurring, and partner with engineering teams to maintain a reliable production environment.
The Junior IT Support Analyst will provide front-line application and technical support while developing experience across software engineering, data engineering, data science, and cloud technologies. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career technology professional who enjoys troubleshooting, interacting with users, and learning how different components of a modern enterprise technology environment work together. This is primarily a support and analyst role rather than a hands-on software development position. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, curiosity, and the ability to investigate problems before escalating them to more senior team members or specialized engineering teams.
