What You’ll Do
- Acquire right-of-way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager and project team members
- Prepare real estate documents
- Conduct property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- Perform general administrative tasks that keep projects moving

Minimum Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Notary OR the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
- Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- An iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC’s systems
- Valid driver’s license

During the hiring process, every candidate is assessed and evaluated to determine their Agent level. Leveling is based on a number of factors — including years of experience, demonstrated skills, the complexity and scope of work you've owned, overall career depth, and what you demonstrate throughout the interview process.
Your offer, including compensation, will align with the level that best matches your experience:
- Utilities Agent 1 — $64,374 – $76,889 | Minimum of 1 year Right of Way acquisition experience
- Utilities Agent 2 — $73,344 – $87,567 | Minimum of 3 years Right of Way acquisition experience
- Utilities Agent 3 — $85,220 – $101,702 | Minimum of 5 years of Right of Way acquisition
