Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Automotive Sales professional to join our thriving dealership team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with their ideal vehicles, providing exceptional service, and closing high-end sales. Your enthusiasm for automobiles, combined with your excellent communication skills and sales expertise, will help you build lasting customer relationships and achieve outstanding sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the automotive industry while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Duties

Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, utilizing public speaking skills to inform and persuade customers effectively.
Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored automotive financing options.
Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure the availability of high-demand vehicles for sale.
Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to maximize deal value.
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and professional client communication.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales team management efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger car sales.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Experience with B2B sales, outbound sales, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases better.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain detailed records using CRM systems supported by technical staff.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a dealership setting or automotive environment.
Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking, client communication, and phone etiquette.
Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for effective dealership operations.
