Full Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1 PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST.

Duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
Verifying insurance information and personal information
Collecting patient charges
Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
Notifying medical staff of patient arrivals
Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
Calling other medical offices or pharmacies to assist with patient needs
Scanning patient paperwork and posting it in patient charts
Assisting patients in helping them fill out any necessary paperwork for their visit
Checking patient insurance information is accurate and up-to-date

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
