Full Job Description

With flagship stores in New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, Sydney and Melbourne, Ksubi continues to push culture forward, cementing its place in the wardrobes of artists, musicians, creatives and tastemakers around the world.

As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our US Wholesale team in New York.

Sitting at the center of our wholesale business, you'll play a key role in driving growth across our U.S. and Canadian markets, managing and developing relationships across major department stores and specialty accounts. You'll combine strong commercial instincts with a deep understanding of the fashion and denim market to grow sales, expand distribution and ensure Ksubi shows up strongly across every account.

Reporting to the VP Sales, you'll own and grow key wholesale relationships, identify new business opportunities and work closely with Marketing, Logistics, Buying and Production to drive sell-through and deliver against our broader wholesale strategy.

What You'll Do

Own and grow key department store and specialty accounts across the U.S. and Canada, driving sales performance and account profitability.
Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with Ksubi's distribution and growth strategy.
Analyze weekly sales, seasonal performance and account profitability, translating insights into actions that drive sell-through and growth.
Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers and key account stakeholders, identifying opportunities to strengthen Ksubi's presence.
Select seasonal assortments using key financial and sales metrics, ensuring the right product mix across accounts.
Partner with Marketing to identify and execute opportunities that drive brand awareness, in-store visibility and sell-through.
Conduct regular market and store visits, delivering product knowledge sessions and ensuring Ksubi is represented to brand standards.
Maintain accurate account and sales information, manage trading terms and support timely order execution and administration.
Evaluate opportunities to further develop the Canadian market and expand account coverage.
Work cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Production, Logistics and Marketing to ensure strong execution from seasonal buy through to shop floor

What You Bring

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a sales or account executive role within the fashion or retail industry.
A proven track record of delivering against sales budgets and performance targets.
Strong relationships and experience across department store and/or specialty wholesale accounts.
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to analyze sales, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
Excellent relationship-building, customer service and negotiation skills.
A clear, confident and professional communication style.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines.
Strong Excel skills, with experience in reporting, forecasting and sales analysis.
Experience with wholesale platforms such as NuORDER and ERP systems such as AP21 is highly regarded.
A strong understanding of wholesale sales cycles, seasonal buying and market dynamics.
A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to travel for market visits, client meetings and brand events.

Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 USD
