Insurance Producer – STOP LOSING BUISNESS!!!

Do NOT apply if you do NOT live in IL - this is a remote job but IL residence is required.

Remote | Chicagoland/NW Suburbs | Illinois P&C License Required

You found the prospect. You earned their trust. You got the opportunity to quote.

Then your company wasn't competitive.

And you lost the business.

Whatever the reason, you only had one answer to give the client.

The Youngblood Group is an independent insurance agency looking for experienced Illinois insurance professionals who are ready to turn more of their relationships and opportunities into business.

YOU BRING THE RELATIONSHIPS. WE BRING THE PLATFORM.

The opportunity includes competitive new-business compensation, renewal compensation beginning in Year 2, production incentives, and the ability to grow your income as your production grows.

There is no salary attached to simply showing up.

This opportunity is designed for producers who want to get paid for producing.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We're providing the platform. You need to bring the drive.

You'll be responsible for:

Creating new business opportunities
Asking for referrals
Networking and developing relationships
Prospecting consistently
Quoting and placing personal and commercial business
Managing your pipeline and follow-up
Taking care of the relationships you build

If you need someone to give you a daily call list and tell you what to do next, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Illinois Property & Casualty license
Insurance experience required
Chicagoland/NW Suburbs preferred
Strong relationship and communication skills
Comfortable generating your own business
Self-motivated and able to work remotely
Professional and client-focused
