You will play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
· Manage and maintain the schedules of 2–3 doctors
· Answer and appropriately direct office phone calls
· Respond to office emails, faxes and patient communications
· Handle credit card transactions and other financial interactions professionally and accurately
· Perform insurance billing and posting of insurance and patient payments
· Maintain accurate patient and financial records
· Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
· Manage day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations
· Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, team members, and outside contacts
· Learn and follow office systems, procedures, and protocols
Qualifications & What We're Looking For
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Strong customer service experience and a genuine desire to help people
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Workspace
· Comfortable using social media platforms
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Reliable and consistently punctual
· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities
· Comfortable handling financial transactions and insurance-related tasks
· Professional, friendly, confident, and positive demeanor
· Values health, wellness, organization, and personal responsibility
· Desire to learn, improve, and grow personally and professionally
Training Provided
Prior health office and/or administrative experience is helpful, but training will be provided for our specific office systems and procedures.
We are looking for someone who brings the right attitude, work ethic, reliability, and commitment to exceptional service.
Compensation & Schedule
Starting pay: $20/hour
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:
· 7:15 AM–1:15 PM [Lunch break 1:15-2:30]
· 2:30 PM–6:15 PM
Health Insurance Alternative: In lieu of health insurance, a $250/month stipend is available, subject to applicable payroll and tax requirements.
