What You’ll Do:

As a Billing Coordinator, you’ll be the key player in keeping the financial side of our operations running smoothly. Your role will involve:

Claim Processing: Review and submit medical, dental, and no-fault claims, ensuring everything is accurate and complete.
Problem-Solving: Be the go-to person for resolving billing inquiries, patient account questions, and insurance issues with ease.
Account Maintenance: Handle payment posting, collections, and review denied claims to keep everything on track.
Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to deliver the best results for our patients.

A Certified Billing Professional: You’ll have certification from an accredited institution in medical/dental billing coding.
Education: High School diploma or GED
Experience Matters: Experience in commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and/or billing.
Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with computers and billing software.
Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy, especially when it comes to codes like ICD-10, CDT, HCPCS, and CPT-4.
Patient-Centered: You’re committed to making sure patients feel heard and supported, even when it comes to complex billing questions.
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to pitch in where needed.
