Full Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and organized Administrative Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our office! In this front-line role, you'll be responsible for checking in patients, verifying insurance, confirming appointments, scheduling, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and a smile. You'll play a key part in creating a smooth, friendly experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Success in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. A high school diploma and previous office experience are required, along with a passion for providing top-notch service.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs; 7:30 am - 5:00 pm | Fri; 7:30 am - 1:00 pm to include one Saturday per month

Proficient computer and data entry skills
Strong customer service skills and commitment to patient/parent satisfaction
Excellent oral and written communication skills
The ability to communicate with parents and co-workers in a responsible friendly manner
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and be familiar with HIPAA laws and regulations

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team! This key role is responsible for welcoming patients, checking them in, verifying insurance, confirming and scheduling appointments, and managing incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, previous office experience, and excellent communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and accuracy, especially with scheduling and insurance verification
The ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
Comfort with phones, computers, and office technology
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
