Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations across various departments.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the premises
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Outlook
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
Support office management tasks
Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and maintaining office supplies
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information about services or appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met

Requirements

Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with front desk procedures in healthcare settings is advantageous
Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping and proofreading tasks
