Our company Fabricates Structural Steel, Industrial assemblies and misc. projects. We have been in business for 6 years and have been on an incline in growth steadily each year. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. As a leading company in the steel fabrication industry, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our clients. The Fiber Laser Operator will play a crucial role in operating sophisticated fiber laser cutting machinery to shape metal components with precision and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about advanced manufacturing technologies and looking to advance their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the production output meets strict quality standards. Responsibilities

Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut metal parts according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine precise cutting requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
Monitor production output for quality control and make adjustments to maintain accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to company safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Document work performed and maintained accurate records of production activities.

Requirements

Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment or similar machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment adhering to safety standards.
