Facility: Lynx Salem
Position: Paramedic
Schedule: PRN

Position Summary

Lynx Salem is seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team on a PRN basis. The Paramedic will provide high-quality emergency medical care, assess and stabilize patients, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support safe and effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical assessment and treatment according to established protocols.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
Administer medications and perform emergency procedures within scope of practice.
Safely transport and transfer patients as required.
Complete accurate and timely patient care documentation.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Provide compassionate and professional patient care.

Qualifications

Current Paramedic certification/licensure as required by the state.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Previous paramedic or emergency medical experience preferred.
