Job Summary:

We’re not a typical dealership — and this isn’t a typical desk job.

We are one of the highest volume independent dealerships in Arizona, selling 300+ vehicles monthly, and we’re looking for a Desk Manager who can operate at a high level, handle pressure, and help us scale even further.

This role is for someone who knows how to structure deals, work lenders hard, and drive results daily. You will be managing a sales team, controlling deal flow, and ensuring every opportunity is maximized — from lead to funding.

If you can’t handle volume, this is not for you. If you thrive in it, you’ll make serious money here.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Running the desk and controlling the flow of deals from start to finish
Managing and holding accountable a team of salespeople
Ensuring CRM is fully worked — no missed opportunities, no shortcuts
Handling high lead volume (internet, third-party, and lot traffic)
Structuring and desking deals across all credit tiers
Working with 50+ lenders to maximize approvals and profitability
Knowing lender programs, deal structure, and how to get tough deals bought
Managing stipulations, rehashing deals, and pushing deals to funding
Maintaining strong relationships with banks and lender reps
Driving performance, closing deals, and setting the tone for the floor

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Desk Manager / Finance / Sales Manager experience in automotive
Strong subprime experience — you know how to get deals done
Ability to structure deals creatively while staying within lender guidelines
Someone who is competitive, driven, and thrives under pressure
Strong leadership — can hold a team accountable without babysitting
CRM discipline and process-driven mindset
