Healthcare Provider (MD / DO / PA-C / NP-C) – Hormone Replacement & Weight Management

Balance Hormone Center – [Gilbert, AZ]
Pay: $65.00 – $110.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 3 days per week | Fixed weekday schedule | No weekends | No holidays | No on-call

Job Description

We are seeking two outstanding Arizona-licensed Healthcare Providers (MD, DO, PA-C, or NP-C) to join the team at our Gilbert clinic.

This position is ideal for providers interested in learning and practicing hormone optimization and weight management. While hormone replacement therapy is our primary focus, we also offer a variety of medical weight loss options and very limited primary care services.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients for hormone replacement therapy and weight management
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on treatment options and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members

Schedule & Hours

This posting is for two full-time provider openings at our Gilbert clinic.
Schedule A: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Schedule B: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Active Arizona medical license (MD, DO, PA-C, or NP-C)
Interest in hormone replacement therapy and/or weight loss medicine
Strong patient-centered approach
Ability to work in a collaborative, growing practice
Local candidates only
