Full Job Description

Position Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site Investment Analyst and Trading role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The individual in this position will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing investments, preparing financial models, and assisting in portfolio management. Key day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, creating reports to

support strategy decisions, collaborating with the advisory team to align investment strategies with client goals, and a strong proficiency and accuracy with stock and bond trading. Trading responsibilities involve but are not limited to: raise cash requests,

allocation rebalancing, tax-harvesting, and initial allocation implementation. Individual will need to work closely with the One Wealth advisory team and be familiar with placing equity options trades including but not limited to: covered calls, protective puts, and options collars.

Individual will also work alongside fellow Investment Services team members to execute

account opening, transfers, and advisor-submitted investment tasks in line with daily SLAs, ensuring timely, accurate completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure operational excellence and continue to build One Wealth’s scalable processes for their fast-growing RIA business.

Job Description:

Conduct daily portfolio management activities, including cash reviews, drift analysis, and tax-harvesting
Execute cash raises, rebalances, and one-off trades in Orion Eclipse and at custodian
Process advisor-submitted investment tasks via Salesforce CRM and complete same-day executions (per SLA)
Leverage trading software (Orion Eclipse) to support daily operations and manage client portfolios at scale
Implement new accounts and execute rebalances within investment accounts
Assist with firm-wide model updates and trading
Identify and implement improvements to trading, portfolio management, and investment operations procedures to enhance scalability and efficiency
Apply knowledge of investment strategies and portfolio construction to support advisor requests and execution

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, trading, or investment operations.
2+ years of experience trading client portfolios using portfolio management and trading software.
Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and experience collaborating with advisors.
Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and execute with efficiency and accuracy.
Working knowledge of Orion Eclipse (or similar portfolio management system) and Schwab.
Current Series 65 license.

Preferred Qualifications, however, not required:

Experience with Orion Eclipse or comparable trading platforms
CFA or similar certifications strongly preferred but not required.
Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Work Environment:

Scottsdale, AZ
In Office Position
Ideal Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (or 7 AM – 4 PM)
Some Travel Required: conferences, team events, client events, etc (all with advance notice)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
