Full Job Description

Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Clear Path Buyers, one of Arizona's leading real estate investment companies, is seeking motivated, results-driven professionals to help identify off-market real estate opportunities throughout Maricopa County.

We are looking for disciplined prospectors with a proven track record of success in solar, pest control, home security, roofing, telecommunications, or another business-to-consumer, door-to-door sales industry.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for seasoned setters with a proven track record. It is an independent contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling (either part time or full time on location) and performance-based compensation. This is not a salaried or hourly position.

What You'll Do

Work assigned distressed property lead lists throughout Maricopa County.
Visit homeowners using company-provided scripts, technology, and routing tools.
Build rapport with property owners and determine whether they are interested in speaking with our acquisitions team (Closers).
Submit complete and accurate lead information through our CRM.

Our acquisitions team handles all property analysis, negotiations, offers, contracts, and closings, allowing you to focus on what you do best—identifying motivated sellers.

Compensation

Earn $2,000 for every qualified lead that results in a fully executed purchase contract.
Earn an additional performance bonus when the property is resold. Bonus compensation is calculated based on the company's gross margin for the transaction.
Compensation is 100% performance-based. No hourly wage or guaranteed earnings are provided.

Qualifications

Must currently reside in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Proven success in door-to-door sales.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
Smartphone AND computer with reliable internet access.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Professional, respectful, and confident when interacting with homeowners.
Self-motivated, coachable, organized, and detail-oriented.
