Content Creator & Brand Collaborations Manager

The Mixologer

Position Summary

The Mixologer is looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-savvy Content Creator & Brand Collaborations Manager to become the driving force behind our social media presence.

*We require a video of you behind the camera showing your best content creation before we will review your application.

This is not a traditional social media management role. We're looking for someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—someone who knows what's trending before everyone else and isn't afraid to jump behind the camera to create engaging content every single day.

You'll be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing high-volume content while building relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners to consistently produce collaborative content that expands The Mixologer's reach.

If you're obsessed with viral marketing, storytelling, cocktails, and creating content people actually want to watch, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

Film engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Stay ahead of viral trends and quickly adapt them to fit The Mixologer brand.
Produce high-volume content with a goal of publishing multiple videos per day.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage, product launches, cocktail tutorials, customer experiences, and company culture.
Plan and execute creative content shoots in our studio and at customer events.
Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software.
Create compelling hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that increase engagement.

Brand Collaborations

Identify and build relationships with content creators, influencers, bartenders, chefs, event planners, and lifestyle brands.
Coordinate ongoing collaborations that generate authentic content for both audiences.
Manage influencer outreach and communication from initial contact through campaign completion.
Organize creator visits, product gifting, and collaborative filming sessions.
Build a growing network of creators who consistently feature The Mixologer in their content.
Develop partnership opportunities that drive brand awareness and sales.

Social Media Growth

Monitor daily trends across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas every week.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement metrics.
Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
Maintain a content calendar while remaining flexible enough to capitalize on trending opportunities.

Event & Lifestyle Content

Attend company events, corporate activations, trade shows, and pop-ups to capture real-time content.
Travel when needed to document client experiences and special events.
Showcase the personality behind The Mixologer brand through authentic storytelling.

QualificationsRequired

2+ years creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Excellent smartphone videography skills.
Strong video editing experience.
Comfortable appearing behind the camera.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and viral content.
Highly organized and able to create content quickly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Experience working with influencers or creator partnerships.
Photography experience.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
Hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, or event industry experience.
Passion for cocktails, entertaining, or premium experiences.
