Navaera is currently seeking an individual responsible for maintaining the overall business relationship with a portfolio of clients and prospective clients from a strategic and consultative perspective. Serving as the primary contact from Navaera for this portfolio of clients, the selected candidate will manage and grow the overall relationship with senior-level decision-makers and other client influencers within the portfolio to create customer loyalty and increase revenues. Serve as the primary point of contact and information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding ongoing operations, strategy & business development

Responsibilities

Cultivate and improve relationships across teams at clients to identify and implement solutions to build trust in solution delivery;
Responsible for retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations and carries out day-to-day maintenance of daily operations for assigned client portfolio;
Develop and implement account plans that drive innovative partnerships with our clients and ensure client success and long-term planning;
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments;
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client inquiries and provide assistance
Assist with sales inquiries and process customer orders
Must be available for client issue escalation discussions, which may be required after hours; and
Be a catalyst to new and add-on sales.

Qualifications

3 – 5 years of Technology Relationship Management experience with preference in the payments or financial services space;
3 – 5 years of experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth;
Strong knowledge of Atlassian, JIRA and Confluence;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Microsoft Project
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration;
Knowledge of financial services operations;
Proficient in English; fluency in French is strong plus
Ability to influence others at multiple levels internally and externally and work collaboratively across teams to lead others who do not formally report to this person to drive results; and
Strong experience in project or engagement management, with a focus on organizational skills and internal and external communication

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
