Full Job Description

A dynamic organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Corporate Controller to support senior leadership in managing financial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. If you’re a highly analytical professional looking for a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements to forecast and summarize financial status
Manage balance sheets and analyze earnings and expenses
Support budgeting, auditing, and broader accounting processes
Assist in audit preparation and internal review procedures
Reconcile discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
Prepare reports in accordance with applicable regulations
Utilize accounting software for recordkeeping and reporting
Coordinate reporting for senior leadership
Contribute to team objectives and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification required
Master’s Degree preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
