A Day in the Life

If you’re the right fit, this will sound exciting—not overwhelming.

No two days are exactly the same, but the standard is.

You’ll start your day early, prepared, and ready to bring energy into the room.

You’ll:

Review your client roster before sessions
Know who needs extra attention, progression, or support

During sessions:

You’ll coach multiple individuals at once (4–6 clients)
Each client is on their own program

Between sessions:

Follow up with clients
Check in on missed sessions

Throughout the day:

You’re present
You’re proactive

This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and highly rewarding.

The Role

As a Semi-Private Coach, you are responsible for delivering a personal training experience within a small group setting.

You are not just running workouts, you are coaching individuals.

We’re not just running sessions, we’re helping people improve their lives.

What You’ll Do

Coaching

Lead semi-private training sessions (4–6 clients)
Deliver individualized programs within a group setting
Ensure proper form, safety, and progression
Focus on building strength that carries over into real life

Client Experience

Build relationships with clients
Provide coaching, encouragement, and accountability

Operations & Facility Standards

Maintain a clean, organized training environment at all times
Ensure the studio looks like the first session of the day, every session

Team & Culture

Work collaboratively with the team
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Support other coaches and step in when needed

Compensation

This role offers a more stable structure than traditional training positions.

Salary equivalent of $18–$25/hour, based on experience and performance
