Accurate Healthcare Staffing, a division of Accurate Staffing Consultants, Inc.
Accurate Healthcare Staffing is building a lean, high-performance travel nurse division, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Nurse Recruiter who can hit the ground running.
This is not a general staffing role. We need someone with recent, verifiable experience placing RNs on 8, 13, and 26-week travel contracts. If you have consistently placed travel nurses within the last five years, understand the speed of MSP/VMS-driven recruiting, and thrive in a metric-driven environment, this role is built for you.
You will work directly with healthcare leadership in a results-first environment where speed, accuracy, communication, and production matter.
What You’ll Do
Source and engage travel RNs through our database, referrals, job boards, lead platforms, and your own network.
Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement, extension, and redeployment.
Match nurses to assignments based on skillset, location preference, pay expectations, availability, and compliance readiness.
Work closely with Account Management and Compliance to move candidates from submission to cleared start without delay.
Maintain an active pipeline and meet weekly/monthly production expectations.
Document candidate activity clearly and consistently in the ATS.
Work directly with the Managing Director of Healthcare and senior team members to support national travel nurse placements.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of recent travel nurse recruiting experience.
Experience placing RNs on travel contracts, not only per diem, local, perm, light industrial, or general staffing roles.
Ability to discuss actual production history, including placements, submissions, starts, and average active traveler count.
Strong understanding of speed-to-submit, pay packages, gross margin, candidate control, and assignment fit.
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close candidates before the competition.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
Process-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable.
