Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant at Neaville Family Dentistry, you will play an essential role in helping deliver exceptional patient care while supporting the doctor and clinical team throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience for every patient.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to continue developing their skills in dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before patient appointments
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Take and update patient records as needed
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Prepare and organize instruments and materials
- Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment instructions
- Assist with operatory turnover and daily clinical workflow
- Support teammates to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Two years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Dependable and professional
