Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care in various settings, including clinics, home community care, and specialized units. Our patients arrive with us in a vulnerable state. We provide care while clients are detoxing from drugs and alcohol. The majority of our patients are military veterans. They come to us with a myriad of chronic conditions that need attention while they try and get well from the disease of addiction. Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in the management of patients with developmental disabilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and medication administration.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients.

Experience
Candidates should have a valid nursing license and relevant experience in the following areas is preferred:

Clinic settings
Home community care
Medication administration
