Full Job Description

Poulsbo RV is seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to increase sales across our four locations. This is not an entry-level BDC management position. Candidates must have prior BDC experience with an RV or automotive dealership.

We are looking for a proven RV or automotive BDC professional with a demonstrated record of increasing sales, improving appointment volume and show rates, supporting sales growth, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, CRM management, lead follow-up, performance tracking, and process-development skills to help maximize every sales opportunity.

Responsibilities

Lead Management and Customer Follow-Up

· Manage all internet leads through CRM (Dealer Socket) and confirm that every customer receives timely follow-up.

· Establish and maintain response-time and follow-up standards.

· Follow up with internet inquiries, dealership leads, previous customers, aged leads, and unsold customers.

· Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activity.

· Assign leads fairly among locations.

· Qualify leads and schedule appointments by phone, email, or text.

CRM Oversight and Reporting

· Oversee CRM processes, lead management, follow-up strategies, and reporting.

· Monitor CRM activity to confirm that no sales opportunity is missed.

· Review email and text follow-up content for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

· Create lead-performance reports for each store, including results by lead source, employee, and lead age.

· Mine the CRM database to create targeted customer lists, identify new sales opportunities, and develop plans of action.

· Communicate with sales on correct procedures in crm.

Call Management and Process Improvement

· Review sales calls and provide feedback to the appropriate stores.

· Continuously improve scripts, workflows, and training programs.

Sales and Marketing

· Communicate and work closely with store management and sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

· Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, customer outreach, and database campaigns.

Inventory Management

· Monitor inventory information to help confirm that internet leads receive accurate information about vehicle availability, pricing, and location.

· Evaluate pricing and compare with other RV dealers

What We’re Looking For / Required Qualifications

· RV or automotive BDC management experience is required.

· Proven success managing sales and/or service BDC operations.

· Strong history of improving appointment show rates and customer re-engagement.

· Experience managing multiple, stores, or locations is preferred.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Results-driven mindset with a commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.

· Strong computer skills and CRM experience.

· Experience building or significantly improving BDC operations.

· Competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.

· Strong phone and closing skills.

Work Location and Schedule

This is an in-person, multi-location position supporting Poulsbo RV’s four Washington locations. The BDC Manager will work from the Kent Corporate Office approximately two days per week. The remaining workdays will be spent at our Sumner, Everett, Kent, or Mt. Vernon locations based on business needs.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
