Controller

Full job description available once selected for interview

General Description:

Lead the Finance Department.
Deliver measurables to company leadership on a regular cadence.
Push innovation and automation for the Finance Department.
Communicate internally and externally to ensure completion of AR/AP and all other financial tasks.
Ensure compliance with financial agreements.
Job cost reporting to internal teams.
Lead audits and corporate tax return processes.
Provide cash forecasting.
Responsible for producing timely Financial statements including monthly WIP adjustment.

Requirements:

Physically capable of sitting for long periods of time
Reliable transportation to the office
Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
Team player with a strong work ethic
Drug testing (pre-employment) required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related field
5+ years in a Controller role
Leadership experience
Shift flexibility: Day
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the Bothell/Kenmore area

Job Type: Full-time in office

Pay: 120,000-140,000 annually DOE
