Who This Job Is For

You've got project coordination experience in residential remodeling or construction—ideally from a design-build firm where you've seen systems run the right way. You're friendly, talkative, and comfortable holding subcontractors accountable while keeping things positive. You can keep a bird's-eye view across dozens of active projects without losing the details.

In the greater Seattle area, homeowners deserve remodeling work done right. We're the crew that delivers it, and we need a coordinator who keeps our projects on track from the moment a job is sold.

What You'll Do

This is an office-first role (roughly 70% office, 30% field) focused on pre-construction—taking a sold project and getting it ready to run smoothly:

Onboard new subcontractors and run the full onboarding process
Assign subcontractors to newly sold projects with a fast turnaround (target: under 3 days)
Build out project timelines and schedules, slotting subs in so jobs land on time
Review estimates against purchase orders and collect bids (larger projects can require 10+ bids)
Keep a wide view across all active projects, flagging and helping resolve issues before they grow
Provide field QA on new subcontractors and complex jobs
Manage everything in Buildertrend

Note: This role is pre-construction focused. Once a project moves into the build phase, day-to-day management hands off. You stay involved at a high level and step back in if a project needs support. This is not a sales role.

Requirements

Driver's license + reliable vehicle
Experience in project coordination, construction support, or design-build remodeling
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort with project management software (Buildertrend a plus)

Schedule & Location

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
In-office in Bellevue, WA (with field visits as needed)

Have you worked with Buildertrend or similar project management software? (Preferred)
