Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) is seeking a Dual Language Early Learning Assistant Teacher to join our growing early learning team in the Seattle, WA area. This is an opportunity to support a classroom where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and build strong foundations for future success while fostering a learning environment that supports multilingual development and belonging.

Key Details:

Pay: $24-$32 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with generous paid time off and professional development opportunities
Location: Seattle, WA. ReWA's Early Learning Services operate across five locations in Seattle, with sites in South Seattle (Beacon Hill, Othello, and MLK/Rainier Valley) and North Seattle (Lake City and Northgate). Placement will be based on program needs and classroom availability, but we make every effort to consider location preferences and commute needs whenever possible.
Schedule: Full time position supporting children and families in ReWA's early learning program.

Who You Are: You're a caring and enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping young children learn through play, exploration, and positive relationships. You believe in creating a welcoming classroom environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Experience working with young children in an early learning, preschool, childcare, or related educational setting
Experience supporting play based learning and child development
Experience working with diverse children and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency

What You'll Do: As a Dual Language Early Learning Assistant Teacher, you'll play an important role in supporting a classroom environment where children feel safe, engaged, and empowered to learn.

Assist with classroom activities, routines, and learning opportunities
Help create a safe, welcoming, and culturally responsive learning environment

Child Development & Learning

Encourage children's growth and development through everyday interactions and learning experiences
Support children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play based learning
Help create joyful learning experiences that celebrate children's cultures, languages, and strengths

Family & Community Partnerships

Build caring and respectful relationships with children and families
Support a classroom environment that values inclusion, belonging, and cultural responsiveness
Help foster positive connections between families and the early learning program

Team Collaboration

Work alongside experienced educators dedicated to children's success
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Participate in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
