The role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will own Vale's DTC storefront and online shopping experience, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue across digital channels.

Own Vale's storefront including merchandising, UX, and conversion rate optimization
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events
Monitor site analytics and translate data into actionable improvements
Collaborate with the Experience and Brand teams on customer journey optimization
Manage the e-commerce tech stack and coordinate with Engineering on platform improvements
Oversee day-to-day catalog management and content updates
Report on DTC performance metrics and present findings to leadership

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States
4+ years of DTC e-commerce management experience
Deep proficiency with Shopify and experience with CRO methodologies
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, and Engineering

Compensation

$90,000 – $115,000 per year
