Lori Gill & Associates Property Management is looking for a polished, personable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Bellevue. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a busy office environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, vendors, and team members, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping support the day-to-day rhythm of our office.

What You’ll Do

In this role, no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll help keep our front office organized, professional, and moving forward by:

Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and courteously
Coordinating appointments, calendars, and conference meeting room schedules
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
Keeping the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional
Assisting with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other administrative needs
Supporting team members with office coordination and special projects
Helping ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly
Handling confidential information with care and discretion
