Overview Description:

We are seeking a direct-hire ERP & CRM Development Manager for a client in downtown Seattle. This role will lead and grow a team of engineers across ERP and CRM/Field Service platforms during a period of major platform transformation. This hands-on technical leader will guide the migration to a new ERP platform, further CRM (Salesforce) development, manage Apex/integration work, and drive integration strategy. This role is a mix of people leadership (management, coaching, mentoring, collaboration) and technical leadership (architecture, design, standards).

Basic Requirements:

5+ years in a management role over applications development teams; Proven people management experience coaching, mentoring, and growing a team of engineers
Hands-on technical leadership across ERP, CRM, and integration domains
Experience with ERP platforms (preference for Microsoft Dynamics)
Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning, and Flows, ideally with CRM and Field Service
Experience designing and building integrations with MuleSoft or a comparable integration/orchestration platform
Familiarity with ERP data migration planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
Working knowledge of API best practices, testing, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Postman)
Experience in Agile environments (sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-functional coordination)
