A respected automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department focused on operational excellence, employee development, and an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Own

As Service Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the daily success of the service operation.

Your leadership will help shape:

Service department profitability and growth
Technician productivity and efficiency
Customer retention and satisfaction
Employee development and performance
Department workflow and operational effectiveness
Manufacturer compliance and dealership standards

You'll work closely with advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and dealership leadership to create a service experience that keeps customers coming back.

Improve workflow, efficiency, and department performance

What You Bring

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive Service Manager experience
Proven record of department growth and profitability
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Experience managing technicians, advisors, and support staff
Knowledge of dealership service operations and industry best practices
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Strong understanding of KPIs, financial reporting, and performance metrics
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
