Join the team at Lloyd's Auto Clinic in Kent, WA! We are actively seeking a full-time Auto Service Advisor - Service Writer to play a crucial role in our customer-focused team. Located in Spokane Valley, our shop offers a competitive pay range of $30 - $50 per hour, along with great benefits such as:

WORK SCHEDULE:

As a full-time Auto Service Advisor at Lloyd's Auto Clinic, your workweek will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Enjoy a stable routine that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER:

Picture yourself as the linchpin between our skilled technicians and our cherished customers. Each day, you'll provide friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive customer service. From greeting customers to scheduling service repairs and creating estimates, your role ensures customers are informed about the status of their vehicles. By recommending additional repairs or maintenance needs, you contribute to the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS AN AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER:

Customer service skills
Writing skills - the ability to create clear and professional documentation, invoices, and estimates
Knowledge of automotive repair and understanding of maintenance
Familiarity with shop management systems
Effective communication skills
