If you already know how to close, this ad is about one thing: getting paid what your skill is actually worth.

You sold a job three weeks ago. It's installed. You still haven't seen a dollar, because the company won't pay you until the customer does. You're on 7–8% of a deal priced so thin nobody's making money. You're project-managing your own installs. Support doesn't exist.

You're carrying a company that isn't carrying you. We built the opposite.

The job

Ally Renewal cleans, treats, and replaces roofs and exteriors across Washington. The Renewal Consultant is our closer.

We hand you appointments and lead lists — including a solar customer base we already own — and you close roof soft-washes and tune-ups, gutter work, and NexaNano, our roof protection treatment. When a home needs a full replacement, you hand it to a Renewal Inspector and still get paid on it. No cold-knocking a territory to feed yourself.

Most companies in this space sell pressure. We tell homeowners the truth and do the more affordable thing when it's the right thing — it's why customers say yes, and why they call back. Be the honest one in a market that isn't, and get paid real money for it.

The money

Straight commission. No base, no draw.

Par is about $2,250 a week — roughly $117,000 a year. That's par, not your ceiling.

Every service pays a flat dollar amount, not a percentage of a thin insurance job — and protection work pays several times what a cleaning does. Sell a cleaning, a tune-up, and NexaNano on one house, and that single appointment is worth what a whole roof pays at most companies. We'll walk you through the full commission schedule on our call.

You're paid within 48–72 hours of a completed, paid job — not net-30 — plus an advance program against your earned pipeline. Discounts come partly out of your commission, so what you protect on price, you keep.

The ramp

Ride with our top closer for a few days. Then he rides with you and coaches your appointments. Then you get your own routes and lists. NexaNano is real chemistry and homeowners ask hard questions — we'd rather train four people properly than hire forty and hope.

The path

Consultant isn't the ceiling. Above you: Renewal Inspector, Renewal Lead, Marketing Manager, General Manager — and eventually a branch with your name on it. Real equity in a real branch. Not stock options. Not profit share. Ownership.

Our founders spent 20+ years knocking doors, built the fourth-largest residential solar installer in the country, and moved hundreds of reps into leadership and ownership. The company is new. The system isn't.

This is for you if:

You've closed in-home — home services, solar, or similar — and you can point to numbers.
You get the deal 100% done in the home, not "they're going to look it over tonight."
You'll run the leads we hand you and self-generate on top, because that's where the money is.

This isn't for you if:

You need a base or a guaranteed floor. This is straight commission, 1099.
You want to be managed. We train you hard, then leave you alone.
You'd sell a roof a home doesn't need. We'll find out, and it'll end badly.
"They said they'd think about it" sounds to you like a deal that's still alive.

The details

Independent contractor (1099) — a direct seller under IRC § 3508. You handle your own taxes, insurance, and licensing, and you'll need an active WA UBI. Optional L&I coverage — your call; we'll walk you through it.
Reliable vehicle, valid WA driver's license, smartphone.
Commissions are earned when the job is completed and the customer has paid.
