Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Assistant - Estimator Trainee, where you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and gaining valuable experience in estimating and project coordination. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills, learn industry-specific processes, and grow within a collaborative environment. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, organized, and ready to contribute to our company's success.

Duties

Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Support office co-workers by checking in vehicles, scheduling repair appointments, scheduling rental cars, following up with insurance companies.
Manage confidential information with discretion and ensure proper handling of sensitive documents
Coordinate client communication and support customer service efforts by providing repair updates to vehicle owners
Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects as needed

Experience

Previous office experience or personal assistant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone communication skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
