Brain Fitness Coach

Company: Mindeo Brain Fitness
Location: Green Lake, Seattle (in-person only)
Pay: $23/hour
Hours: Part-time (5–15 hrs/week)

We’ve worked with hundreds of clients — from entrepreneurs and athletes, to people recovering from burnout, brain fog, or concussions, through to folks who are investing in their cognitive longevity as they age.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a laid-back coaching job.

It’s a fast-paced, high-performance, client-facing role where discipline, timing, and attention to detail matter. Think more “wellness operations specialist” than traditional personal trainer.

You’ll run private sessions that involve:

Interval training with oxygen therapy
Precision compression systems
Red light therapy in calm, recovery-focused spaces

Our clients rely on you to follow every step accurately, manage equipment confidently, and ensure their sessions run smoothly—start to finish.

Responsibilities

Run sessions using our proprietary brain fitness system (you’ll receive full training)
Prepare and use specialized health technologies and equipment
Follow exact protocols for timing, settings, and safety
Track and record session details in our digital client system
Clean and reset rooms and equipment between each session
Open/close the facility and perform basic operational tasks
Communicate with clients via text, email, and phone with professionalism and warmth
Occasionally support local outreach events and community partnerships

You’re a Great Fit If:

You’re calm under pressure and detail-oriented by nature
You love following checklists and systems—and rarely forget a step
You’ve worked in fast-paced client environments like salons, gyms, cafés, or clinics
You care deeply about delivering a consistent, high-quality experience
You’re science-curious or have a background in kinesiology, fitness, neuroscience, or health
You’re comfortable with light physical tasks and cleaning duties

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (wellness, fitness, medical, or service)
Personal Trainer Certification is a plus (NASM, ACE, etc.)
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bonus if you have knowledge of brain health, exercise science, or rehabilitation
