Customer Support Agent – Easy Truck Shop (ETS) Full-Time | Seattle, WA | SaaS | Heavy Duty Repair Shop Management Software

About Easy Truck Shop

Easy Truck Shop (ETS) is a fast-growing, web-based shop management platform built specifically for truck shop owners. We help shops streamline their operations, manage work orders, track parts, and grow their business — all in one place. As a young and ambitious SaaS company, we move fast, iterate often, and are building a team of people who want to grow with us for the long haul.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, people-first Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. You'll be the first line of support for our clients — helping them get the most out of the ETS platform, troubleshooting issues, and turning frustrated users into confident, loyal customers. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes the customer experience and product feedback loop.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom, email, and internal communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Guide clients through the ETS platform with clear, step-by-step instructions and live demonstrations
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating to the technical team when necessary using our ticket management system
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams via Slack to relay client feedback, bugs, and feature requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
Contribute to the development of support documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides
Identify patterns in support issues and proactively surface them to the product team

What We're Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

Proficient typist with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM systems, helpdesk platforms (Intercom preferred), and ticketing tools
Comfortable using team communication tools such as Slack
Tech-savvy — able to quickly learn new software and explain it clearly to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solution-oriented mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open tickets simultaneously
Experience in SaaS customer support or a technical support role is a plus
Background in trucking, fleet management, or auto/truck repair is a bonus — but not required

Compensation & Details

Full-time position
