Full Job Description

The role of the Office / Healthcare Advocate Manager involves the following core responsibilities:

Office Operations and Administration

General Office Management: Maintain office systems, organize operations and procedures, manage supplies and equipment, and oversee clerical functions.1
Business Compliance: Manage state business licenses across the U.S. and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.1
Reporting & Analysis: Keep leadership informed by reviewing special reports, analyzing trends, and summarizing data.1

Human Resources and Recruitment Oversight

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and new hire orientation for open positions.1
Team Supervision: Oversee the Healthcare Advocate and Recruiting teams, including scheduling, time-off management, and payroll approval.1
Performance Management: Monitor call quality, track attendance and productivity metrics (e.g., via Nextiva), and provide coaching or disciplinary action as necessary.1
Training and Development: Facilitate initial and ongoing training for recruiters, provide scripts for call campaigns, and assist with complex employment inquiries.1

Strike-Related Support

Recruitment Logistics: Manage recruitment to ensure staffing requirements are met within specific event timeframes.1
Event Administration: Assist upper management with logistics such as travel and meeting arrangements, hire temporary administrative help, and maintain event documentation.1
Data Integrity: Verify accurate data entry for strike reports and maintain event-specific files.1

Compliance and Corporate Maintenance

Training & Certification: Track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and professional licensure.1
Vetting: Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.1
Policy Implementation: Define and enforce office policies and procedures, ensuring results are measured and adjusted as needed.1

Must be organized, dependable, and experienced managing day-to-day office operations and staff.

This is an in-office position in Kent, Washington.

Pay: $62,500.00 - $73,000.00 per year
