Hands-on experience servicing rotary screw, oil-free, and/or oil-flooded air compressors - this is a requirement, not a preference

Ready to respond to urgent calls and handle pressure without losing precision

What You'll Do

Service & repair: Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment; respond to urgent and emergency service calls with speed and precision to minimize customer downtime
Diagnose & recommend: Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency; identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance opportunities
Stay organized & compliant: Complete accurate service reports, maintain compliance, and keep your service vehicle properly stocked with tools and parts
Build relationships & grow: Represent OTC professionally, build strong customer relationships, follow safety protocols, stay current through ongoing training, and take on additional responsibilities as needed

What You'll Need

High school diploma or GED
Experience servicing rotary screw, oil-free, and/or oil-flooded air compressors is required
Mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience a plus
Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude
Valid driver's license; ability to pass drug test and background check
Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods in a field service environment
