Full Job Description

PURPOSE:

Support and assist the Escrow Officer throughout closing of commercial real estate transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities of the Escrow Assistant are to coordinate each transaction from start to close in partnership with the Escrow Officer. This includes opening orders, distributing title commitments/reports as well as clearing title matters. The Escrow Assistant shall assist with preparation of closing documents specific to the transaction and disbursement of all closing funds. The position requires daily customer contact via phone and email, with the utmost focus on customer service. The role of Escrow Assistant is fast paced and includes handling multiple files at once.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years or more experience in Title and Escrow. LPO license is not required but preferred.

SoftPro experience is a plus
