Job Summary

We are a leading residential home builder based in Marion County, Florida, committed to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships from initial inquiry through closing, helping families find the perfect property and guiding them through the entire homebuilding process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys building long-term relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and active homebuyers
Guide clients through the entire home buying process, including lot selection, financing education, and construction timelines
Actively manage client communications, expectations, and satisfaction from contract to close
Generate, track, and follow up on all leads using the company CRM
Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal teams
Work collaboratively with internal departments (design, permitting, construction, finance) to ensure client needs are met

Who We’re Looking For

Professional and friendly personality ideal for working in energic environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
Technologically fluent, including experience with CRM systems, cloud-based tools and Google Suite.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed goals
Able to work autonomously but thrives in a collaborative team environment

Ideal Candidate Bonus Traits (optional but attractive):
Familiarity with the Central Florida housing market
Background in new construction or land acquisition
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
Previous use of systems like Buildertrend, Highlevel, DoorLoop or HubSpot
