Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Provide expert consultation to medical staff on medication selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects.

Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of medication administration, patient interactions, and clinical notes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare teams on complex cases involving trauma, emergency room patients, or patients requiring acute pain management.
Stay current with advancements in pharmacology by participating in ongoing education and pharmacy residency programs.

Qualifications

Valid pharmacist license with active registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
