Full Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients.
Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
Translate conversations accurately between attorney and client.
Interpret spoken Spanish into English and spoken English into Spanish during consultations and meetings.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
Schedule consultations and appointments.
Assist with client intake.
Gather documents from clients.
Follow up with clients regarding missing documents.
Maintain accurate client files.
Manage Attorney Calendar
Prepare correspondence.
Assist with immigration forms after training.
Upload and organize documents electronically.
Manage electronic files.
Work with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, email, and case management software.
Communicate with USCIS, Immigration Court, and other agencies when appropriate.
Help ensure deadlines are met.
Assist the attorney and legal team with daily operations.
Provide exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish.
Ability to translate spoken English to Spanish in real time.
Ability to translate spoken Spanish to English in real time.
Outstanding customer service skills.
