Hopewell enables a secure and intimate environment for elders, while helping them with their activities of daily living. Your presence allows the patient’s family to relax, knowing you are strengthening the patient’s ability to live independently.

Job Description:

· Each PCA/HHA/CNA is under the supervision of our Registered Nurses. A Plan of Care is to be followed during each shift, provided by the RN’s.

· Assist with activities of daily living, while still allowing the patient to be as independent as possible.

· Personal care tasks, including, but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

· Companion care tasks, including, but not limited to: light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and socialization.

Requirements:

· Ability to pass a level II background check and work-related references

· In-person CPR certification

· Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the surrounding areas
