THIS POSITION HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN A LARGE SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, ALONGSIDE A TEAM OF EXPERIENCED BCBAs.

--Reimbursement--

BCBA: $55/hr

BCBA-D: $60/hr

Responsibilities:

· Develop behavior and treatment plans for all assigned clients

· Review and sign off on treatment plans for Registered Behavior Techs and provide field supervision when necessary

· Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs

· Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families

· Provide consultation and support to management

· Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion

· Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families

· Remain up to date with the latest education in the field

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in special education or related human services field

· BACB Certified

· Valid driver’s license and current car insurance

· Medicaid provider a plus but not required

· Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
